1. Parties

1.1. The client/user who acts by his own if he/she is legally capable of contracting or by a representative with the capacity of acting and representing him/her if it is a society and the Association of Banana Exporters from Ecuador that owns the website www. bananatime.ec engage in this contract following these terms and conditions.

The Association of Banana Exporters from Ecuador will presume food faith in the client/user, therefore it is engaging the contract with the client directly or with its legally capable representative. 13. Payment Reverse

13.1. The laws require that online sales utilizing credit card, debit card or other electronic payment method, may reverse the payment when the user requests it because of fraud, unsolicited operation or the product does not match the request.
